I can you eat wings on this type of diet? Once your body is in ketosis
What is the Average amount do weight loss? How do you know
Your in ketosis I would think for each person it is different?

I have a friend who is doing this and had no mental fog issues.
His energy level was great. He's also 6'1" and over 200.

His only issue was eating sugar after several weeks on the diet. It gave him a little nausea.

His weight loss was decent and regular. Easily 1-2 lbs per week.
