Nothing super original, but yesterday I mixed 4 cups whole milk, 2 bananas, 4 scoops vanilla powder, a little splenda and a little liquid vanilla. Mixed it up, wife commented it was very thick, almost like cream. Then an idea hit me, I put it in the freezer and froze it...Banana Ice Cream....Delicious!!

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

My workday morning starts with a shake consisting of: 1 cup OJ, 2 eggs, a handfull of frozen berries, a banana and 2 scoops of orange flavored whey powder, and if I'm still severely sore from the previous day's training I'll add creatine glutamine and taurine.

My post-workout shake is 1 cup whole milk, 2 schoops chocolate whey and 3 TBSP honey.

My favorite I call "the builder" and it has a cup of milk, a few scoops ice cream, some peanut butter, an egg or 2, and some chocolate whey. Yum.
