Strict Overhead Press Challenge
Strict Overhead Press Competition!
1) Heavy - Weight to be used :75% of bw for men, 50% bw for women.
2) Moderate - Weight to be used :50% of bw for men, 33% bw for women.
-NO knee bend is allowed
-belt and wrist wraps are allowed
-must clearly lock out bar with a slight pause at the top
-Bar may NOT be motionless for any longer than 10 seconds
-May be seated or standing
Most reps lifted following these rules wins.
