I modified your spreadsheet for actual 5/3/1 SST (i.e., what's in the book), which I used for a total of 3 weeks. But it should still be on the PC somewhere, if anyone needs it at any time.
Might need to be modded back to pounds though, lol.
Anyway, thanks for providing a good foundation for modifying.
edit: Though "Beyond" is the new hotness, so I doubt there will be any call for it.
6'2", ~100kg (~220lbs). 40yo, training (with a few breaks) since my late 30s.
Squat 160kg (352.7lbs), Bench 112.5kg (248lbs), Deadlift 220kg (485lbs)
Strict Press 75kg (165.3lbs), Chinups +25kg (+55.1lbs)
