Thanks Chillen...fingers crossed for your 5-minute attempt; strangely, I've set the same target but it will be a few days yet...once I get to 5-minutes, if I ever do, that will be good enough for me.

5 minutes 3 seconds

Those 3 seconds really were absolute bonuses but I was getting that 5 minutes no matter what, after watching minute after minute close in on it, I just dug deep at the end.

Haha, nope...I decided that 5 mins would be my max target, so goal complete...it wouldn't be wise for me to push the TOS issue, I'll probably suffer for this tomorrow anyway but it was worth it today.

On a funny note, my triceps are still shaking like I'm stood on a vibrating platform, though it does seem to be lessening somewhat
