Refreshing to hear your only human with the rough-ish session. Ia m all for more sets and reps of squats as I feel that it what is making me better at them.

I didn't know you had issues with RDL's like you described. Wow - 6 inches of swinging. Good to hear your making big strides using hip power to rectify it.

Squats are going to be better next week! And yeah, the RDL, and regular deadlift for that matter, have gotten away from me a little. Time to get more efficient when them

Something wrong with the physical bench?

I like the 2nd effort attempt at 225 - that cancels out the miss so it never happened

Yeah, the benches there suck. Slick vinyl, too short to get my legs under me, and the hooks stick out so far that I can't push the bar back as I press, so it ends up 4 inches forward of where it needs to be. Perfect storm of bench suck. Hoping i can start working with the big boys up at the SM gym on saturdays, but its too far away to drive to every night.

How about DB Bench and then BB work at that strongman gym - Bestrong right?

Maybe some incline work?
