3:30
1st time doing it just now. stood up and had a spasm/cramp in my right tricep (still cramping as i type). then i sat down to post this and got a spasm/cramp in my abs! currently trying to find a comfortable sitting position lol

Just got around 2:30 .. started shaking 10 secs in lol.. I'll do it again and film later, go for 3min+.. (Edit: nvm, core is dead for today lol)
I'm a twig though at ~185lbs..

3:32, right before bed last night! My arms were more fatigued towards the end than anything else, lol. I should attempt this while fresh and see what happens. I really was amazed since the last time I did a plank (at least 6 months ago), I was only able to do something like 90-100 secs. if I recall correctly.

Awesome stuff! I was a bit amazed that I beat my previous time as well, like yourself I hadn't done any since the first couple of attempts a while back...though, I didn't beat my time by more than a few seconds.

Haha, can't deny I wasn't shaking a LOT, during the latter part. Next time I try this, I'm pulling out all the stops and see how far I can go.
