From a different country, so I don't think the brand would be relevant. It's just standard WPC with very plain, minimal packaging and labelling, with nothing added or whatever.

Not chalky. I have tried WPI, and it was a lot smoother I must admit, and slightly higher protein %, but all in all, WPC does the job for me. And ends up a lot cheaper, per gram of protein.

But some people swear by WPI. Or that other kind, that I can't remember the term for. And using flavoured WPI or WPC (or blends) is extremely popular. I don't mind the basic "milky" taste, but I'm just weird that way.

I have heard that you can mix them with fruit. Does anyone on here do this and if so what is the best fruit to mix them with?

When I lived in the USA I was hooked on Gold Standard Whey, but since I moved to South Africa I've been using MuscleWorks low carb-hi protein shakes and yea I usually mix it with peanut butter or fruits if I can. MuscleWorks stuff actually taste like a real chocolate milkshake....

I've mixed it with beer.

It was horrible.

Please learn from my mistake.

With milk is how I like them. If you get the cheaper stuff they will taste better with milk I feel. But on this one you may wish to splurge a bit on as some of the cheaper ones are very chalky tasting.
