I started this today and it felt good. I did bench singles with 90kg and 5x5 with 72,5kg. The first two singles felt heavier than I would have thought but the rest were quite easy. So 2,5kg more next time?
With 5x5 I varied the grip width for couple of sets, is it acceptable? And for rows, I did one arm 25kg dumbbel rows 3*12 to save time.
I kept the rest time in 5x5 sets for two minutes, is it okay? Or should I rest about 5 minutes in those too?
