Man, I'd have bet money that was a moon pie, Elite! And good thing you had your shirt on, otherwise people might have thought that was a poorly lit porno. (Now I gotta try to beat you at least and film it so you can make fun of me. haha.)

Couldn't possibly have had a better song either. And I think that back pinch might be from the fact we are doing "weighted" planks, while some of these other folks are just going with lean body mass. !

A little late in posting this: Work had me by the nads, and I had to remove the vice lock.
Tuesday Plank Result prior to Lower Session: 4 Minutes, 8 seconds.

Video to follow in next post.

Old shacking-ass at the end, lol. But this leads me to believe I can muster 5 min, with the correct progressive action, and this is the next goal, I just made for me on a personal level.

1:20. Was most miserable 1:20 of my life.


I don't see myself doing this challenge again. 1 min planks to work up into 3-4sets is more my speed.

You guys the can go 2 min plus, or even 3,4,5 min(!?!) are awesome! I can't even imagine that at all.

The Kids and I had fun with this today. Boy didn't put much effort into it got a little over 30 secs lol. Daughter is in swim so she trains these went 2mins 47sec before I got her giggling so bad she collapsed, strategy haha. Got 3mins 2 sec. Wow my abs felt like they were going to bust out of the skin. Will shoot for 4 min mark soon. I'll have one of the kids take a video of it.

Great challenge!
