my name is Lua, I'll soon be 32 and I started lifting about 8 months ago.
I have no particular goals, but to progress with the priority to learn good form.
I train between 2 and 3 days a week and do all the usual stuff I guess:
squat / deadlift
overhead press / bench
some type of row / chin-ups
core (pallof press, ab wheel, plank)
I'm currently doing 3 sets of 5 reps but often throw in additional sets of ~10 or ~20 reps.
Progress has been good in general, but specifically learning a good squat has proven to be hard.
