Feeling pretty good today. Occasionally have that completely drained feel but not like previous days.
Will weigh myself tomorrow. Did some light training and cardio today for glycogen depletion.
Weighted ab work superset with speed punching bag.
Hiit on rowing machine.
5 Cycles 2 minutes work 4 minutes rest.
Rowing machines DESTROY your posterior chain!
Boring diet stuff blah blah 6 net carbs today.
