Thanks guys. Today was supposed to be squat day, but my legs are toast from the crazy 30 reps I did on Monday. I have sprints scheduled tomorrow, that should take the pain away

Except sprints everything is new for me but still looks brutal ... are these part of strongman training ... ?

They are just sprint warm-ups and agilities meant to get a good stretch and range of motion.
