Default Hello folks

Just a post to introduce myself,

A big fan of the Iron Game here from Ireland. More interested in Powerlifting and Olympic Lifts than bodybuilding.

Im not actually as powerlifter, more powerbuilding at the moment. Just focusing on the big compound lifts twice a week each.

Day 1 . Bench, Deadlift ( + barbell curls, core )
Day 2. Squat, Shoulder Press. ( + Triceps, core )
Day 3. Bench, Deadlift ( + Wide Grip Chins or lat pull downs )
Day 4 Squat, Press ( + core )

Hoping to compete in the next year. Most likely in a single lift ( Drug free, Raw class ) comp, doing the deadlift. Bench is currently far too weak for a full powerlifting comp.

Hoping to learn as much as possible from folks here.

Been lifting regularly with focus about 3/4 years.

Used to lift 10 + years ago as an aide to other sports, not as an end in itself.

Now, can anyone help me with curing lumbar spine flexion at parallel in the Squat . .or buttwink as I think some call it.

Thanks all.
