I used to love snacking on slices of deli ham, roleld up with a slice of cheese.. almost like a sandwich, but no starchy carbs.
The rest of my snacks have been mentioned, PB, popcorn, nuts, etc... Just be sure to have it all on hand, so you don't have the thing every day. Variety works wonders for any diet.

Apples with PB or nutella, hard boiled eggs, string cheese, popcorn, yogurt, frozen yogurt, cottage cheese, tuna salad.

Granola bars, fruit bars, any kind of fruit, low fat string cheese, yogurt with fruit or nuts, granola, cheerios,
