I'm confused at what's raw now days? I've always thought that meant you can use a lifting belt, but I've seen some raw lifters with knee wraps, Ive always got alot out of a good knee wrap. Also what about wrist wraps?

Since there are very fed feds that are 100% raw, meaning no wraps or belt, I went with some feds that allowed knee wraps, wrist wraps and a belt.

I did not pull numbers from feds that allow briefs, squat or deadlift suits, or bench shirts.

Once upon a time I was a Master curler, but I'm still in "class" for everything else!

SQ ~Class III, BP Class IV, DL Class II... and strict curl around Class I, lol.

And, equally unofficially, a Class III total (closing in on Class II).

It's easy to see what comes naturally to me, and also, I have a long way to go in general, it seems!
