Nice training log. So just to make things clear, you are looking at shedding off some weight? The reason i ask is sometimes, through personal experience, we want to do all these different things but one thing always ends up being left in the dark and sometimes it's the most important thing.

I dont nessarily want to 'shed of weight.' First and foremost I want to get stronger and build muscle (mass). The 'shedding' part is that I want to have a low (or lower) BF%. Right now somewhere in the 16-20% range.

In otherwords, a bear that aint overly pudgy.

2013.01.7 I will need to adjust next week's food by lowering the 8oz chicken to 5 oz to try to keep it at 2000 calories.



This new meal plan is to run for the duration of the supplement testing for PNI's ThermadeX.
