10 SINGLE LEG Squats (each side)
I like that better. Seems more balanced with the strength of each movement/bodypart.

Fav Exercise: One arm dumbbell rows.
Which is how many calories you eat per day, to maintain you're current weight.
Track the calories of everything you eat in a day, and come back and tell the guys when you have a rough idea.
Then they'll be able to help you determine how many calories you need o deduct from that maintenance level to lose weight efficiently.
