Final Hepburn Workout
1 rep maxes

Deads:
132 x 6 (International plates)
176 x 4
220 x 2
264 x 2
286 x 1..PR
302.5 x 1...NEW PR
308 x 1..fail
I was worried about the deads, My lower back has been very sore for 3 days, I almost put it off, but I knew I was gonna be busy Sat and Sun, so I had to get it done Friday night.

Squatter, I took your advice, just walked up to the bar, grabbed it and stood up. All the warmups went well, and as I got closer to 300 it was feeling real good. When I was done with the workout, I almost tried the 308 again, but after the Mil Presses, lower back was telling me no. But I was really fired up over the 2 PR's and hitting the 3 bills on the deads.

Military Press:
44 x 6
66 x 3
88 x 2
110 x 2
121 x 1..PR
126.5 x 1...new PR
132 x1..fail

So there ya have it
3 lift goal by 3-1-13 was 700 lbs......B - 200 / S - 250 / D - 300
Actual on 12-1-12 was 777.50 lbs....B - 220 / S - 255 / D - 302.5

My "Quest to become a Class IV Lifter" was COMPLETED.
AND, since I am only 16.5 lbs away from Class III status...lets just skip right over that, and I will set my sights on Class II Status!!

4 months on Hepburn routine (Start and Finish 1RM)
Bench: Start - 167, Finish - 220, up 53 pounds
Squat: Start - 167, Finish - 255, up 88 pounds
Deads: Start - 211, Finish - 302.5, up 91.5 pounds
Total: Start - 545, Finish - 777.5, up 232.5 pounds

A whopping 232 lbs of progression in just 4 months is spectacular Moe!!

Certainly could not have asked for a better result and speaks volumes for your lifting future as you move up and get even classier!!
