Those are meaty looking thighs great work btb!!

I also hate slow reps, I have not done them for a long time, I like to have fun when I work out, and slow reps just are not fun. Great work on "deload" deadlifts, look pretty heavy to me.

My house lives on the ledge by Lake Winnebago. We literally can see the ice shanties in all directions. Lots of beer drinking going on down there.

How long do you deload for. That is awesome that 405 DL is a deload for you. You are a beast and I am sure you arms are longer than the picture shows.

^ I just play things by ear. Sometimes I just need to hit the body with different exercises and I feel better. Last night I did military presses instead of BTN presses and I feel very good today.

On another note, just took a skinfold reading: 180.6 LBM. I'm holding muscle during the cut so far. That number's probably a little high by a pound or two, but it's in the right ballpark.

Good stuff Steve! How much have you dropped so far? And what's your current weight?

Maybe. I've not mastered cutting from 220 down yet If fact, I haven't been under 220 in 13 years.

I have dropped 15 pounds in about 46 total days.

And my weight...well, let's just say it's still over 270.
