The only way to be able to achieve the ideal is to practise frequently and for most of the population of cultures that use chairs a lot in their daily activities, even practice may not get them to a good squat posture due to the amount of time spent seated, driving, waiting around, relaxing etc...most probably spend more time sat on their behinds than in a squat posture, so the realty of it gets further away from them even if it's their goal.
