Hey Guys, so I weighed myself again and weight is still down..although I do feel like my body fat is staying low, it seem that I'm getting a big more mass. It could be because my muscles are soaking up the carbs right away during the carb back loading at night. I'll be posting up a progression later today for you guys to see the progression of my 2 weeks of carb back loading.

This morning I woke up and was super dry! probably because I haven't been drinking much water and i've been out in the sun working with athletes all day. Not good! but looked good. hahaha

Weighed in this morning and found myself to still be under 170 going into my 3rd week of CBL. Definitely noticing muscle mass from the progression pics. It's pretty crazy to see the difference in such a short amount of time.

Yup I've been backloading on my off days as well. I have two off days. When I get to a point I feel I'm looking soft, I'll probably only CBL for one of those off days
