Default multivitamins and general health supplements

Just general health/joints what do you guys take? fish oil? particular multi you guys take?

Get an enteric coated fish oil to keep fish breath down. Multi, I have tried a bunch. Just don't get one with iron as most males get enough naturally.

its good for joints and hart and general overall health if you get the ones with omega oils its a good source of healthy fats to
