Knowledge is half the battle...understanding is key...
Take a look at the image below. The knuckle of the middle finger should be firmly on the table (not slightly raised as in the image).
Place your hand exactly as below (but with the knuckle of the middle finger firmly in contact with the table)...
Ready? Ensure, middle finger knuckle stays in good contact, throughout...
Lift your little finger, then place it back down...
Lift your thumb and then replace it on the table...
Lift your index finger (1st finger) and then place it back down on the table...
...now, for the fun part, lift your ring finger off the table...
...come on! put some effort in to that ring finger!
Why, you ask yourself (unless you already know the answer, of course)...can it not be done?
