I don't know if this counts as PAP, but a lot of lifters are familiar with the enhanced performance on their back-off sets. Quite often, I've hit rep PBs after I've done a very heavy single, especially on deadlifts
230 strict press @ 220; bodyweight+187 X 4 dips @ 180; 403 front squat @ 210; 10 000 push-ups.
