Extra Virgin Light Olive Oil has very little taste to it. I add some to my morning shake.

When I need a little extra fat in shakes I sometimes add a little mascarpone.

Dude that is just gross. Eat up and you will not have to drink the stuff. It is good for cooking with but not drinking straight. I would be afraid to drink it and then get sick and then you have really gained nothing at all.
