Bench Press- 145x7
DB row- 90x7*

Grade- C+

The bench press was nice, and could have gotten 8 if the clock didn't run out. Shoulders got tossed to the side since they were pretty crushed after everything else, plus i really wasn't in a good mood anyways.

*went a little to heavy so the last few were to damn sloppy.

So was this 7 sets each or 2 sets of 7 reps?

Grim I am kinda confused about this program, looking back it seems you have only done 2 short workouts in over a week, and no squats or posterior chain work. I am not sure how this will yield results.

What exactly are you doing or what are your current goals?
