Why are you using your decline bench # for your three-lift total? Powerlifting is the following: squat, flat bench, deadlift.

I just like it better than bench I have some weird shoulders that dont enjoy bench pressing

Work on your arch and flat bench technique and you can basically turn flat into decline. If you want more information on this, let me know.

If I'm turning my flat into a decline by arching why dont i just stick with decline lol
