Default Vitamin D

My Chiro told me today that if you have stiff bones or joints vitamin D is good for it. I will keep you all posted as to what I think. I picked up a bottle today.

Did he discuss whether or not it's due to a lack of how much you should receive (inside jobs keep you out of the sun) that's the cause, or that you need more than the recommended to help combat the stiffness?

I have never heard that but I would be interested in knowing if it does you any good.
