Thats why I personally use Krealklyn creatine capsules (2 pre & 2 post workout)--No worries about it not mixing well or what to mix it in!!

Creatine worked for me big time in college over a summer. I worked out lifting etc every summer in college and did either farm labor or construction as my summer job.

At the end of my junior year my wrestling coach asked some of the team members if they wanted to get creatine, which was I believe fairly new in the mid-90's, or at least first time I'd heard of it. Anyhow that was a new factor in my normal summer same old, and I blew up that summer. I got from about 250ish to about 275-280 and all my lifts went up considerably. Needless to say I use it today still and my lifts are bigger than my college days too.

I seem to respond well to Creatine. I use plain ole' mono powder from GNC. I t can be a bit grainy but I Just add it to my protien shake or smoothie. Sometimes I just add it to a bottle of room temp water, shake the heck out of it, and drink up.

Agreed that meat is the best way to get creatine. But if you are going to use a sup, then Ultimate Nitrition's creatine is micronized, so it mixes in cold water just fine. See my sup page on it for details.

To get the best from creatine monohydrate it best to use warm or room temp h2o or you can use them in your pre and post shake someone mentioned cramps, since creatine monohydrate and mono means one it pull water from the gut and put them into cells via the kreb cycle it can dehydrate, so when taking this supplement you want to increase you water intake. And someone mentioned that Kre-Alkalyn was better than mono, there is a study from Texas A&M in 2011 that found that Kre-Alkalyn was not any more effective than mono,so I switched back to mono. Just google creatine study at Texas A&M
