Absolutely. Pizza and beer is definitely good.

I am almost out of orange Karbolyn so I flavored the plain with some Gatorade and it tasted fine. Good energy throughout the workout.

Skipped karbolyn on purpose for both sessions and felt a loss of mental focus and energy towards the end of the workout. Eventhough we are just talking about a carb. It does sustain my energy levels which keeps my head in the game at the end of long workouts without a energy crash or stomach issue.
