This is it for me. Why do we feel that we need to gorge on large amounts of food? I've done it for years only because it's comforting, I don't actually enjoy it! Whereas if food binges are limited to birthdays & special events, I'm sure the gorging will be enjoyable for that one day.

I am with you on cutting down on food binges! The last month or two I have just lost control.

My main goals are to be more positive in general and work harder towards my degree whilst continuing to lift heavier ass weights.
