My best advice is to use music as your drive. I have my go to playlist that never fails to get me in gear.

Truth is, since moving to Paleo eating I rarely take pre-workouts any more. I am focusing more on healthy sleep and good eats.

I pretty much agree with everyone else, I've tried pre workouts only a couple actually work worth anything. So I stuck with caffiene, but only when I'm dragging. At the end of the day you will find your resolve in your heart and drive not in a preworkout. Atleast that's what I found out...lol

Try looking at your schedule. If you are too tired to train in the evening, consider getting up a little earlier. I have a teacher friend who gets up at 4:30 to train, because once the day starts he has no time. As I have shared with you before, You will do the things you want to do. What you need to determine is when you are going to do them. Want to be alert, maybe a simple change in training time is all that is needed.
