Fav Supp: Rare Steak
3.5 cups almond meal
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp honey
3/4 tsp apple cider vinegar.
Pre-heat oven to 300
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls.
Mix everything together.
Add batter to a greased bread pan.
Bake for about 45 minutes.
Its not "bread" as you would normally think of it. Its more like cornbread. Tastes great, good for you, and great with soups.
