So I have 5 years and 5 months to put on more than 95 kilograms to my squat?
Yessir, I shall own the squat world record for 30-34 olds in the 198 pound raw category. It is my mission and it shall be done. Or not as the case may be

That's what I thought too, 1630, but it is 1625, with the total after 3rd attempt being 1595.

But who cares, the RAW fed puts up 1396 total as the benchmark for "elite" at 181 lbs. This is an insane 200+ lbs over the elite mark, equaling/going past the world records for deads and squats (according to the RAW fed), and more than 100 lbs over the world record for powerlifting total in this fed. In fact, the total is higher than the record for the 198 lbs category too!!

http://www.rawpowerlifting.com/recor...WERLIFTING.pdf

I can't even begin to comprehend the enormity of this.
Indeed, that is a phenomenal total at that bodyweight. Absolutely phenomenal.

Take a look at this thread: http://www.powerliftingwatch.com/records/raw/world

The all time highest recorded total for an unequipped 181 appears to be 1700, just 75lbs over what he did.

There is a group of local powerlifters that I have met that don't do heavy deadlifts. They live on box squats and speed deads.

I applaud Jamie, but I like to deadlift. I would deadlift 6 days a week if I could.
