I'm pretty much in the same boat as this.

Furthermore, I don't see how extra calories and protien PWO (in the form of a shake) doesn't help.
I will say, that IMO, a PWO shake is never an adequate replacement for a meal.

It is oxymoronic to listen to a man gassing and eating more protein than a non-gasser can possibly absorb talk about the worthlessness of drinking a protein shake PWO.

I'm talking about Kroc.
