Thanks Babs!! Yep, I managed to incorporate Hang Cleans (soon to be power cleans), OH squats, and High Pulls into the MAB Powerbuilding Routine. Steve made a comment he thaught I was a natural for oly lifts, so I am making an honest effort to learn them and prove him right.

They sure are a blast

Think of it as if you were shrugging the bar up and losing it, you would want it to fly up in a straight line. As it gats to the top of its natural path from the pull, you are actually loosing the bar, spinning the hands under it and catching it on the shoulders.

Its a throw then a catch if you know what i mean, or am I making no sense sorry if Ive over confused it mate... that wasnt the intention, it looked like you were doing fine anyway

This part of the lift is the part that is the hardest to learn, so I need all the help I can get Carl, so no way are you confusing it. I do know exactly what you mean, and now its just a matter of implementing it. I might even practice them before next shoulder day.

For some unknown reason, my Bench has not been progressing on this routine. It has, unfortunately, been regressing. This week, I am down in reps. It's not regressing a whole lot, but enough to take notice. I have absolutely no idea why. My form is good, as you have all seen by my past few weeks of vids. The issue seems to be I simply don't have the benching strength I used to have.

All my other lifts have been going great.

Not sure if I should make sure I always rest the day before benching. This would add a day or 2 to the 12 day cycle. perhaps I should drop the weights back down. Perhaps I should modify bench day only on this routine to more of a 531 style? I say this because I enjoyed my best benching success ever while on 531. My best benching on 531 was 225 X6 with a 1 RM of 255. I would be very lucky to get 2 reps at 225 today.

I absolutely do not want to change routines. I chose this routine mainly to improve my squat, as I do squat every 4 days. It really is working. The more I squat, the better and stronger I will get. I absolutely cannot wait to lift every training day on this routine. The Oly Lifts are even making it more fun and exciting.

Any suggestions would be more than welcome.

I am feeling fresh. I felt real good before the session this AM. My tri's did feel somewhat tight during stretching and warm up. Perhaps adding the Oly Lifts could be fatiguing my tri's. I did do hang cleans on Sunday AM, and OH Squats Monday AM
