Default post your Strength & conditioning training or MMA workouts here!

Looking for a challenge and something new so thought i would start a post on having new mma, strength and conditioning programmes to try out and see if a i like. 3,4 or 5 days a week would be nice to just try something new

grateful for those who will post some up
