I wouldn't deadlift and dumbell row. Seems duplication. Same thing for straight arm pushdowns and lat pulldowns. One or the other or alternate. Drop 2 of those 4 and you have plenty of time for some face pulls.

Looking good though

Yes... Steve mentioned this too (in the thread I started) and the more I think about it, the more I think I'm doing it wrong.

I've been resting those on paving bricks. The ground is not very even, and when the hexbar is sitting the other way up, with the plates on the ground, it can roll out of place. But this shouldn't be a major problem.

I can turn it up the correct way, and use the same bricks to sit on either side of the plates and keep them from rolling.

Duh.

I've been busy running errands and have not been eating well at all. This is a trend I do not want to see continue.

Didn't have time to do anything today, so it looks like tomorrow I might try and combine some Max Effort deads with a Chest and Shoulders routine; I've asked another friend of mine to come by - recently he's been hinting at wanting to train with me. I'm very glad to have him on board, not least of which because tomorrow I bench.

Nope. Doughnut holes Babs.

That's how they're marketed; the bit in the middle that is always missing from round doughnuts.
My girl brought them home and I was so fkn hungry, I just devoured them on the spot.

Wow, never knew they literally sold the holes I guess that's a few calories then. I like ring doughnuts, I think they have better flavour than the "clumps" of dough (whether large or small (as above))...could just be me though.

As kids we used to have a warm ring doughnut freshly made, every time we went to the seaside...
