Is there a way to upload it, or do I just need to email it? Either way is fine. Workouts will only show core movements and a few accessories on main days. Will not show, extra work on non core days.

incline dumbells: 1x8@80llbs, 1x8@105, 1x20@105
Did one set of Kennleys just to finish up the pump.

Thanks, first heavy raw work in a few months. I am very sore today, both in chest and tris. Good news is pec is fine (I have a reoccurring pec injury), elbows are good, and so are the shoulders.

Forgot to mention that I used a 3 inch pipe for all work sets for arch.
