thanks GL! i have the feeling i won't need to step up the program for a little while yet. getting a full range of motion with a slow rep speed down then explode up and flex, squeeze and hold the top is gonna work just fine.

I really dig what's going on here, man. You're putting in some solid work so far. I have a feeling that once you get up to speed, you're going to explode...in a good way of course.
