The night before Squats while at practice got kicked in the calf muscle by accident by the running back and the next day it was tough to walk to the gym and didn't feel like the squats were deep...

Best part is I am the only one who actually cleans my weights and bars...and I have a small OCD or what ever it is for organized weights so I move them around.
