Heavy, heavy work - especially for some pauses! I've found most programs are generally written with exactly what you said in mind - heavy days Monday and Wednesday and then light(er) days on Friday...

Thank you sir, I don't believe it's anything too serious. Did a lot of foam rolling/stretching/icing/anti-inflammatorying over the weekend which helped a lot. Still not 100% but I think it's getting...

As others mentioned, if you can be strong and not be heavier - do it! (almost) Nothing makes gains faster than gaining weight, but if you're already getting stronger don't fix what isn't broken....
