Week off the gym plays on my mind

I don't know if this is just me but when I have a week off the gym. I feel depressed or more pissed off...I find as soon as a go back I feel much happier in myself.

Thanks for that I have started 531 but for the accessory work i were doing the big but boring. I try to perfect my form on every rep yes it is a slower progress but I think my body is thanking me....
