Last few weeks have been a lot of assistance work...

Last few weeks have been a lot of assistance work and rep stuff for recovery. I finally got to train at Stroud's this weekend. Here is how it went

On squat I am going to open at 645....I think conservative is better and I know I can move that weight FAST and at least get in the meet.....On the bench, I am opening 420, again it will move fast...
