I get it, my routine sucks. I'm gonna object to the idea that 1 day rest is not enough recovery though. "1 day rest" in a workout context not 24 hours, but 47 hours (if my workout is an hour long)....

I did that to squeeze in a little more work, in shorter time, without really thinking about the consequences. I realize it was a bad idea to do it like i was thinking though so they're out.
