Nice progress on the OHP. And yes, I agree with you that overall, less is more. I feel like you get more out of controlled volume on the main lifts than a bunch of assistance volume. Keep working...

I actually think if you are looking for bench carryover, a seated pressing variation is better. Any seated press: barbell, dumbbell, high incline, behind neck, etc. The standing overhead is great...

Quite a bit actually. The issue isn't an imbalance, or at least I don't believe it is. I took a rough fall off a horse several years back and landed right on my shoulder. Had issues ever since.

Overall looks good to me. The one thing I will say is that on some reps, it seems like your elbows are coming out of line from your torso, and its making your lean forward and swing your hips up too...
