Good point! I knew during the workout that I wasn't quite engaging my legs in the movement either. I couldn't get all the weight on my heels and therefore my lower back...

10lbs a week at any level is extremely great progress regardless. I wouldn't change anything until things start to stall completely or recovery...

Keep killing it! Everyone has their tricky lift, but yours is a different monster. Any type of increase will be amazing progress. Your squat and epic deadlift will get you that 1300 goal.

Nice work! I say ride the gains train until eating more is the only option. In my experience extra weight gain was not worth the reward. I'm stronger now at 180 than I was when I got up to 200.
