Felt good going lighter and it was pretty easy to get volume in. Sometimes you can so stuck in doings a certain way that the most obvious things can pass by.

It's the groin area and its feeling better luckily. Just going to be extra cautious to not slow down recovery. Hopefully 2-3 weeks it will be good.
