My mass gaining program

Monday: Chest

Flat Bench: 4 sets for 6-8 reps.
Incline Dumbbell: 4 sets for 6-8 reps.
2 sets of cable crossovers for 10 reps.
2 sets of pec dec for 10 reps

i need to bulk. im fairly ecto so im conservative about volume and frequency. dont know if its good or bad. my diet is in check of course.

i tend to gain fat much faster than msucle so i m on 100% clean diet, no junk food. 100% motivated. obviously ill try to add wieght each workout if i can.
